They have immense experience with planning & development applications, zoning requirements, and conversions - which can be especially useful for investment buyers. With Matt's more than 30 years of experience as a home builder and general contractor, and Trish's experience in marketing and management, their unique qualities allow them to share exclusive tools with their clients.
