She has quickly excelled to a higher designation in real estate, receiving her Broker's licence, and alongside her partner Matt Tingley, opened her own real estate office where she now acts as Managing Associate Broker.

Together, Matt and Trish hold extensive experience in Construction, Renovations, Marketing & Sales. Their services include home staging, pre-inspections, professional photographs, computer renderings of your floor plan, and consults with their contractors to address inspection issues. They assist with arranging finishing touches of your home for resale so it can stand out in a competitive market. They work extensively with buyers, with advice on property maintenance issues, renovation ideas, and even 3D animated virtual tours if you're purchasing a home that requires updating, or to visualize a new construction at the pre-finish stage. They have immense experience with planning & development applications, zoning requirements, and conversions - which can be especially useful for investment buyers.
